If you wish to arrange an appointment please email admin@cheltenhameyecentre.com.au. Please include your name, address, referrer details, and the reason for your appointment.
For patients
If you wish to arrange an appointment with one of our Practitioners, you will need to obtain a referral from a GP, Optometrist or Specialist. Once received, our team will clinically assess the referral and contact you within 2 working days to schedule an appointment.
For referrers
If you would like to speak to one of our specialists prior to arranging an appointment for a patient please call 9584 6122 and we can put your call through.
We accept referrals via fax on 9585 0995.
Our providers are registered via Oculo and Argus.
