If you wish to arrange an appointment with one of our Practitioners, you will need to obtain a referral from a GP, Optometrist or Specialist. Once received, our team will clinically assess the referral and contact you within 2 working days to schedule an appointment.

If you would like to speak to one of our specialists prior to arranging an appointment for a patient please call 03 9584 6122 and we can put your call through.

We accept referrals via fax on 03 9585 0995.

Our providers are registered via Oculo and Argus.
